On-site lab and imaging services make diagnosis and follow-up quick and seamless. If your condition requires a follow up appointment with a specialist, we will schedule you with priority.
More urgent conditions will be accommodated accordingly.
PCI Walk In Care is now offering sports participation physicals for school age children and college students! Sports participation physicals (only) are $100 and are private pay. Insurance will not be billed.

- Pre-employment: Pre-employment physicals can be scheduled at PCI Walk-in Care or through PCI Primary Care by calling (319) 364-7730.
- Well-child: Well child visits can be scheduled through PCI Primary Care, (319) 364-7730, or PCI Pediatrics, (319) 247-3820.
- Annual check-ups for adults: Annual adult check ups can be scheduled through PCI Primary Care, (319) 364-7730.
