PCI Receives National Patient Experience Awards

Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa today announced that three departments achieved top 10 percent status in national patient experience for the entire year of 2021.

PCI’s Family Medicine, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and Walk-In Care all received exceptional patient experience performance scores. These scores are gathered through actual PCI patient after care surveys and reflect the emphasis that PCI has placed on world class customer services and patient experiences.

These PCI departments were in fact scored among the highest performing clinics in the nation. Their composite scores ranked them among the top 10 percent of health care providers in the US, based on hundreds of thousands of patient surveys.
