Physicians' Clinic of Iowa Announces Leadership Transition

Physicians’ Clinic of Iowa (PCI) East Central Iowa’s largest independent medical group, recently announced the upcoming retirement of Chief Operating Officer Pam Crum and the appointment of Kevin Hamers as her successor, effective May 2025.

Pam Crum has been a dedicated leader at PCI for 39 years, serving as Chief Operating Officer for the past eight years. Throughout her tenure, she has played a pivotal role in the clinic’s growth, operational excellence, and commitment to high-quality patient care. Her leadership has been instrumental in shaping PCI into one of the region’s leading multi-specialty medical groups.

Stepping into the role of COO is Kevin Hamers, who brings extensive experience in medical practice management, clinic operations, and surgery center administration. His strong background in healthcare leadership and operational strategy will support a seamless transition and drive continued success for PCI.
