There are many different voice, swallowing and speech disorders, and children may develop them for many different reasons. PCI's Ear, Nose & Throat specialists and speech-language pathologists diagnose and treat voice, swallowing and speech disorders.

Treatment depends on what is causing your disorder, but may include medication, surgery, injections and speech therapy.

Your doctor will assess your symptoms and ask questions about your swallowing, breathing and how your use your voice. A complete ear, nose and throat examination will then be performed, along with other tests that might be needed.
