PCI Welcomes New Family Medicine Physician

PCI is pleased to welcome Daniel R. Hake, DO, to our growing Family Medicine team.

Hake, an Iowa City native, completed his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, in Chicago, IL. His residency in Family Medicine was completed at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, Aurora, Co. He’s board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

Dr.  Hake specializes in comprehensive primary care, with special focus in preventative medicine, men’s health, geriatrics and women’s health. “As a family physician, I value the personal and compassionate connection I have with my patients,” Dr. Hake said. “I strive to make a difference in their lives, considering every aspect of their well-being.”

In his spare time, Dr. Hake enjoys spending time with his wife and children, exploring the world and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes.
